Welcome to Pomona Oasis, a private Tucson retreat created for families, friends and group getaways. The property includes a spacious four-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom guest house, giving your group plenty of room to gather, play and relax. MAIN HOUSE The main house includes: • 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms • Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, private bathroom, workspace and patio access • 3 additional bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed • Spacious living and dining areas • Fully equipped kitchen • Smart TVs throughout • Dining space for up to 17 guests The main kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and everyday appliances. Filtered drinking water, a Keurig with starter K-Cups and a drip coffee maker are also provided. PRIVATE GUEST HOUSE The separate guest house offers additional space and privacy while keeping everyone together on the same property. It includes: • 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom • King bedroom with a desk, dresser and Smart TV • Bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and 2 twin trundle beds, sleeping up to 6 guests • Private living room • Fully equipped kitchen Altogether, the property has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and sleeping space for up to 16 guests. OUTDOOR OASIS The private backyard is designed for fun, relaxation and enjoying Tucson’s sunshine: • Private swimming pool • Private hot tub • Pickleball and basketball court • 6-hole putting green • Playground and swing set • Built-in BBQ • Covered patio with outdoor seating • Hammock and turf lawn • Beautiful desert and mountain views The hot tub is included with your stay. Guests can conveniently turn on and control the hot-tub heat using a tablet provided inside the home. The pool is open year-round but is not normally heated. Optional pool heating may be available from September through April for $100 per day with a 3-consecutive-day minimum. The target temperature is approximately 80–83°F, weather permitting. Pool heating must be arranged before arrival. GAME ROOM The large detached game room offers entertainment for children and adults: • Pool table • Table tennis • X-Men arcade game • Ms. Pac-Man arcade game • The Simpsons arcade game • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game • 4 Smart TVs—bring your favorite gaming consoles The game room has a lower ceiling, so taller guests may need to watch their heads while having fun! LOCATION Pomona Oasis is located in a quiet Casas Adobes neighborhood with convenient access to Tohono Chul, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and scenic hiking and biking trails. Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, museums, breweries, shopping and nightlife are also within driving distance. Whether your ideal day includes a sunrise hike, an afternoon beside the pool, a family pickleball tournament or a relaxing evening in the hot tub, Pomona Oasis gives your group the space and amenities to enjoy Tucson together.
Other Details to Note
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, wifi, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, blow dryers, laundry soap, highchair, pack-n-play, and a fully stocked kitchen. Prior to your arrival, the home will be thoroughly cleaned put through an inspection checklist to ensure everything is in excellent condition. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Noise complaints fees are $250 per verified complaint. The light on the sports court will automatically turn off at 9pm. Parties are not allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in a $950 fee and immediate termination of booking without refund. If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the house for you! No smoking of any kind or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. If evidence is found (smoke smell, ashes, etc.) there will be a $500 fee. If the house is left in a dirty condition, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. No unauthorized guests allowed; you will be charged $25 per night, per unauthorized guest, for the full booking term. Pool Heating (if applicable): In colder months (Sept-April) we can heat the pool. The heating fee is $100/day to heat to 80-83 degrees (if weather permits). We will monitor the temperature. Pool must be heated for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. We cannot guarantee that it will always reach and maintain temperature, as everything is weather-dependent, however, this is typically not an issue. We will contact you about a week before your stay to see if you would like to have the pool heated. Internet: We provide internet service for your convenience. Please do not illegally download copyright protected content. Our internet provider, Comcast Xfinity, monitors network traffic for bit torrent and other peer-to-peer sharing sites and will mail us detailed citations and fines including date, time, and content titles. The guest who booked the property will be fined $150 per illegal download. Multiple warnings can result in Comcast terminating our internet, so please do not allow any guests to misuse the Internet service. -Audio and Video Monitoring: For safety and security, exterior video cameras are in place at the front entryway, side driveway, north side yard and back gate. This is for your safety and the security of our home. There is no audio/video monitoring inside the home.
